1. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login private. One account is for one learner; sharing access may lead to suspension.

2. Courses & content

All videos, notes and tests are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Downloading, recording or redistributing content is not permitted.

3. Payments & refunds

Prices include applicable GST unless shown separately. Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase; after that, fees are non-refundable.

4. Exams & results

Mock tests and ranks are for practice only. Akon Education is not affiliated with UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB or any exam body and does not guarantee selection.

5. Partner institutes

Classroom batches at partner institutes are delivered by those institutes under their own policies, which are shown before you enrol.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Chennai having exclusive jurisdiction.
