How long can I access a course?
Paid courses include 24 months of access; Pro plan members can access all courses while the plan is active.
Can I learn in Hindi?
Most exam courses are bilingual, and many skill courses offer Hindi subtitles.
Are classes live or recorded?
Both. Live classes are recorded and available within an hour.
Exams & Mock Tests
Are mock tests based on the latest pattern?
Yes. Tests are updated within a week of every official notification.
How is my All-India rank calculated?
Your score is ranked against everyone who attempted the same test in its live window.
Is there negative marking?
Mock tests follow the real exam marking scheme, including negative marking.
Payments & Refunds
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and no-cost EMI on select cards.
What is the refund policy?
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is emailed after every payment and is available in My Learning.
Certificates & Careers
Are certificates verified?
Every certificate has a unique ID and a public verification link.
Do you help with placements?
Skill courses include resume reviews, mock interviews and referrals to hiring partners.
Can I add certificates to LinkedIn?
Yes. Use the one-click “Add to profile” button on the certificate page.
